摘要
利用Recurdyn软件建立同步带多轮系统的虚拟样机模型,研究正时系统中同步带传动的动态特性,对模型中任一构件和同步带中的任一带元的加速度、张紧力、接触应力等进行运动情况分析,同时对正时系统中的弹簧张紧器中张紧轮的安装位置及弹簧力的方向、大小等进行优化,使得同步带在传递效率不受影响的情况下,预紧力和接触应力最小,这对进一步研究同步带系统提供了理论基础。
The virtual prototype model of multiple rounds belt is established and the dynamic characteristics of the system timing belt drive is researched by using software Recurdyn, the acceleration, tension, contact stress of any component in the model and any element in belt are analyzed, meanwhile the spring tensioner spring mounting position and direction of the force magnitude tensioners were optimized in the timing system to obtain a belt transmission efficiency not to be affected under the circumstances, preload and the minimum contact stress, a theoretical basis of further research of the timing belt system is provided.
