摘要
采用有限元方法分析了圆弧齿同步带传动过程中皮带齿与带轮齿的啮合过程。在同时考虑材料非线性、几何非线性与边界条件非线性的情况下,采用非线性分析软件ABAQUS计算出同步带在较大负载下以不同加速度拖动负载运行时的应力分布及带齿变形状况并初步分析了对传动精度的影响,为圆弧齿同步带在精密机械传动中的应用提供了理论依据。
The course of belt teeth and wheel teeth meshing with each other in the driving process of arc teeth synchronous belt is analyzed by the finite element method, and the non-linear material, non-linear geometry and nonlinear boundary conditions are taken into account. The stress and deformation of the synchronous belt are calculated by ABAQUS software in different accelerations, and the influence of the acceleration of the arc teeth synchronous belt on transmission accuracy is preliminarily analyzed.
