小型土槽台车测试系统的设计与试验

摘要 根据拾膜、卸膜机构试验要求设计了小型土槽台车测试系统,利用Pro/E软件对土槽台车的结构进行了三维造型设计.采用ANSYS软件对土槽台车强度进行了有限元分析,根据分析结果对土槽台车部分结构进行了改进设计。为了检验土槽台车被测部件是否满足试验速度要求,对土槽台车进行速度试验,试验结果表明土槽台车实际行走速度小于理论行走速度,且误差均小于2%,符合被测机构试验要求。 According to the test requirements of the picking-up film and unloading film mechanisms, the testing system of small soil bin car was designed. The structure of the soil bin testing platform was designed with Pro/E software. The strength finite elementanalysis of the frame and the key parts of the soil bin were carried out by using ANSYS software. According to the analysis results, the structure of the trolley was improved. In order to test whether the soil bin test trolley can meet the testing requirements or not, the speed experiment of the soil bin testing trolley was carried out. The test results showed that the actual walking speed of the soil bin test trolley was less than the theoretical speed, and the deviation was less than 2%, so the test results meet the experiment requirements of the testing mechanism.
