摘要
钣金件广泛应用于各领域中,三维软件在钣金工艺中的应用缩短了生产时间、提高了生产质量。对现有三维软件在钣金方面的应用进行了分析和研究,提出基于Pro/E的钣金工艺决策系统,通过对Pro/E二次开发,利用C++编程工具编写三维软件与二维CAPP的集成接口程序,在三维软件界面建立工艺交互窗口,通过交互窗口运行程序,实现调用二维CAPP中的钣金工艺,将三维软件Pro/E和二维CAPP集成为一体,实现了钣金件的工艺决策,提高了工艺决策的灵活性,减少了工艺人员的重复工作。
Metal plate is widely used in every field. Application of 3D software in the metal plate process shortens the pro-duction time and improves the production quality. In this paper, the authors analyzed and researched applications of 3D soft-ware in metal plate, and put forward technology decision system of metal plate based on Pro/E. Through secondary develop-ment of Pro/E and using C++ programming tools, the authors wrote integration interface program of 3D software and 2D CAPP, and built interface interaction window of process in 3D software. Then, the authors realized the 3 d software Pro/E and 2 d CAPP integrated as a whole through using metal plate of 2D CAPP, which realized technology decision of metal plate, improved the flexibility of technology decision and reduced the duplication of technology personnel.
