摘要
基于激活理论和基本心理需求理论,本研究从工作领域内的时间压力出发,探讨工作时间压力对个体主观幸福感的影响,并在此基础上探究了基本心理需求满足在上述关系中的中介作用。研究以广州地区企业员工为对象进行问卷调查,得出如下结论:(1)工作时间压力对个体主观幸福感存在倒U型曲线作用,即存在最佳工作时间压力水平,此时个体主观幸福感达到最高值,低于或者高于最佳工作时间压力水平,个体的主观幸福感都远离最佳主观幸福感水平;(2)进行中介效应分析发现,基本心理需求满足在工作时间压力与个体主观幸福感倒U型曲线关系中起中介作用。
Based on activation theory and basic psychological needs theory, this paper explores the influence of working time pressure on individual subjective well- being from the time pressure at work, and explores the mediating effect of basic psychological needs in such relationship. This paper investigates the survey of employees in Guangzhou area, and draws the following conclusions: (1) Results showed an inverted U-shaped working time pressure-subjective well-being relation. In other words, when working time pressure are at intermediate levels, individuals are "optimally stimulated" since such levels match their "characteristic" levels of activation, and employees are optimally in well-being; by contrast, lower or higher levels of working time pressure and activation are deviating from employees' characteristic levels, resulting in suboptimal stimulation and lower well-being; (2) Basic psychological need satisfaction plays a partial mediating role in the association of working time pressure with subjective well-being.
