摘要
肥胖患者体内高浓度的瘦素(Leptin)与其乳腺癌高发病率、恶性程度以及不良预后密切相关。Leptin与乳腺癌细胞上的瘦素受体(OB recepter,OBR)结合可激活多条信号通路,促进癌细胞增殖,抑制其凋亡,诱导血管生成,进而促进乳腺癌发生发展。深入研究乳腺癌中的Leptin信号通路,不仅对乳腺癌的诊断有指示作用,亦可为乳腺癌患者提供有效的生物治疗靶点。本文就Leptin影响乳腺癌发生发展的主要信号通路及目前的研究进展做一综述。
High levels of Leptin in obese patients increase the risk of breast cancer with high malignant degree and poor prognosis. The carcinogenic effect of Leptin were related to activation of multiple signaling pathways by combination of Leptin with OBR( OB recepter) in breast cancer cells which promote the proliferation of cancer cells,inhibit the apoptosis of cancer cells and induce angiogenesis. Further research of Leptin signaling can guide the diagnosis of breast cancer and provide effective targets for the biological treatment of breast cancer as well. This paper reviewed the main signaling pathways of Leptin and the current knowledge in the development of breast cancer.
