摘要
[目的]调查分析三级甲等儿童医院门诊预约挂号迟到的原因。[方法]采用问卷调查法对预约挂号迟到患儿家属基本情况及迟到原因等进行调查分析。[结果]本次调查的总迟到率达10.5%,其中87.83%知道自己所挂号的就诊时段,但40.58%的患儿家属不知道需要提前候诊,46.09%患儿家属认为挂号后当天随时来看均可。[结论]迟到患儿家属主要原因还是预约就诊太随意,守时观念不强烈,缺乏医院预约就诊相关规定约束,医院宣传提示不够充分,导致迟到率居高不下,医院应根据情况加强预约诊疗宣传,做好预约提示指导,制定相关规定措施。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the late reasons of outpatient appointment registration in third grade A children's hospitals.Methods:The questionnaire survey was used to investigate the basic situation and the cause of late arrival using questionnaire survey,such as late for making an appointment,late families' basic information.Results:The total delay rate of the survey was 10.5%,87.83% of them knew their treatment period,but 40.58% of the families did not know that they needed to wait in advance,and 46.09% of the families considered that seeing doctors on time on the day of registration.Conclusion:Too casual is the main reason for the late patients.The concept of the time is not strong,lack constraint of some rules for appointments.The hospital didn't have enough propaganda and prompt,so leading the late rate very high.The hospital should enhance the promotion of appointment diagnosis and treatment according to the situation,make appointments prompt and guidance and formulate relevant regulation.
