摘要
"互联网+"理念催生了高校电子政务实验室建设的新思路,其目标定位将由传统的教学实验室向综合的、新型的多功能教学科研及社会服务基地转型。其建设应统筹规划、精准定位,体现特色、优化管理,体现硬件建设、软件建设和队伍建设并重,实现教学、科研和社会服务等方面的有机融合,有效提高人才的培养质量。
＂Internet＋＂ brings about a new idea for the construction of electronic government laboratories in colleges and universities and its goal is to transform the traditional teaching laboratory to a comprehensive and new multi-functional base for teaching,research and social service.The construction of such laboratory should be in the overall planning and the accurate positioning,reflecting its special features and the optimized management.The equal stress is also laid on the construction of hardware and software,and team building so as to realize the organic integration of teaching,research and social service,and improve the quality of talents＇ cultivation.
