摘要
论文首先简要论述了电子政务发展阶段模型研究的意义,然后依次介绍联合国的五阶段模型、Gartner的四阶段模型、Layne与Lee的四阶段模型以及其它一些国内外模型,最后重点介绍近来针对发展中国家发展环境的九阶段模型。
This paper briefly discusses the significance of e-government development model research,and introduces the five-stage model of the United Nations,Gartner s four-stage model,Layne and Lee s four-stage model and other models at home and abroad,finally focuses on the nine-stage model which aiming at the development environment of developing countries.
