摘要
目的:提高中药饮片质量,保障安全用药。方法:选取我院2014年5月—2015年10月收治的采取中药治疗的58例患者患者服用的中药饮片类型包括黄酮类、挥发油类、生物碱类和醌类,分析病患的治疗效果、研究其化学机理。结果:中药饮片是一种安全可靠且疗效较好的临床疾病治疗方式,患者在服用后效果良好,症状均得到有效改善,无不良反应;主要的化学机理反应包括水解反应、氧化反应、置换反应、异构化反应和分解反应。结论:正确掌握中药所含化学成分和炮制过程化学机理才能选择合理的方法对中药材加工炮制成符合用药标准优质的中药饮片,中药饮片才能成为中医临床调配处方的处方药,才能充分发挥药效,达到治愈的临床效果。
Objective： to improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicine pieces, to ensure the safe use of drugs. Methods： in our hospital from May 2014-2015 year in October were taken treatment of 58 cases of patients, patients taking Chinese herbal medicine types including flavonoids, volatile oils, alkaloids and quinones, the chemical mechanism of disease treatment and analysis. Re sults： the Chinese herbal medicine is a safe and effective clinical treatment, patients have a good effect in use after the symptoms have been effectively improved, no adverse reaction; reaction mechanism mainly including hydrolysis, oxidation, reaction, isomerization and decomposition reaction. Conclusion： the correct grasp the method of reasonable selection of Chinese chemical composition and chemical mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine processing to processing with high quality standard of Chinese herbal medicine medicine, Chinese herbal medicine can become prescription drugs of traditional Chinese medicine clinical prescriptions, in order to give full play to the efficacy, the clinical effect of cure.
