摘要
目的探讨身心康复锻炼对宫颈癌术后患者负性情绪和希望水平的影响。方法将180例宫颈癌患者按照随机数字表法分为两组，每组90例。两组均接受宫颈癌常规治疗及护理，观察组在此基础上联合身心康复锻炼。观察3个月。于护理前及护理后，采用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、Herth希望量表及自制满意度调查表评定焦虑抑郁状况、希望水平及患者满意度。结果护理后，观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表总分较护理前显著降低（P〈0．01），对照组则无显著变化（P〉0．05），观察组显著低于对照组（P〈0．01）；两组Herth希望量表评分较护理前显著升高（P〈0．05或0．01），观察组总分及与他人保持亲密的关系维度分显著高于对照组（P〈0．05或0．01）。观察组患者满意率为78．9％，对照组为51．1％，观察组显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论身心康复锻炼能显著改善宫颈癌患者的负性情绪，提高希望水平。
Objective To explore the effects of physical and psychological rehabilitation on negative emotion and hope level of postoperative cervical cancer patients. Methods 180 patients with cervical cancer in our hospital were divided into observation group （n=90） and control group （n=90） according to the ran dom number table method. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group in the control group based on physical and mental rehabilitation exercise nursing. The difference of SAS score, SDS score, the level of hope after treatment, and the degree of nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after treatment for 3 months. Results Compared with before treatment, the SAS and SDS score of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference of the control group（P〉 0.05）. The observation group was significantly lower than the control group （P〈 0.01）. Two groups of Herth hope scale score were significantly increased than before treatment （P〈0. 05）. Group total score and keep close relationship with others dimension points of study group is significantly higher than control group （P〈 0.05 or 0.01）. Patients satisfaction rate of observation group was 78.9%, which is significantly higher than that of control group＇s 51. 1% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing method of physical and mental rehabilitation exercises plays a signif- icant role in the control and recovery of cervical cancer patients, which can effectively reduce the negative mood of patients and improve the level of hope.
