摘要
目的探讨脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)患者领悟社会支持与生活质量的相关性。方法应用领悟社会支持评定量表(PSSS)、脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)对64例PSD患者进行问卷调查及分析。结果PSD患者领悟社会支持得分为(54.81±12.73)分,其中领悟家庭内支持为(22.78±4.31)分,领悟家庭外支持为(36.03±9.89)分;领悟社会支持与生活质量呈正相关(r=0.2269,P<0.05)。结论PSD患者领悟社会支持越高,生活质量越好;为PSD患者提供社区康复支持网络非常重要。
Objective To study the relationship between perceived social support and quality of life in patients with post stroke depression （PSD）. Methods Perceived Social Support Scale （PSSS） and Stroke Specific Quality of Life Scale （SS- QOL） were used to perform questionnaire investigation to 64 PSD patients. Results The PSSS scores of the PSD patients were 54.81±12.73, of which, scores of perceptions about support from family and others were （22.78 ± 4.31） and （36.03±9.89） respectively, exhibiting a positive correlation between PSSS and SS-QOL （r= 0. 2269, P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The higher scores of PSSS in PSD patients, the better quality of life was. To establish an effective and effi cient community support network for PSD patients is very important.
