摘要
阳煤二矿选煤厂为解决洗选排矸运输能力不足的问题,对排矸系统进行了改造,淘汰了提升机箕斗排矸方式,采用先进的罐装带式输送机设备排矸,因此,介绍罐装带式输送机在排矸输送机的改造方案、技术参数、集控、保护及安全要求、应用情况等。改造运行三年以来,累计排矸750万t,安全运行无事故,各项生产指标均满足要求。
To solve the shortage of transport capacity of the washing gangue, the gangue on the system was reformed,eliminated the hoist skip coalrefusedumping mode, using advanced canned belt conveyor equipment discharge,therefore, the canned belt conveyor in the modification scheme, the gangue conveyor technical parameters set, control,protection and safety requirements and application. Since the transformation of operation for three years, the cumulative discharge of 7 million 500 thousand tons, the safety accident free operation, the production requirements are satisfied.
