摘要
文章通过对印制电路板的一种CAF失效模式进行分析,找到在PCB生产过程中产生CAF问题的成因,进而提出改善措施。为后续产品制作提供借鉴,降低PCB产品发生可靠性问题的风险。
This paper aims to find factors which cause CAF in process of the PCB by means of an CAF failure mode to analyze PCB. And then it will provide some improvement measurements to solve it. This study is in order to take examples for the subsequent products＇ manufacture and reduce risk of some reliable problems existing in PCB products.
