摘要
为评估燃煤电厂烟气三氧化硫测试方法及更加深入的了解燃煤电厂生产过程中三氧化硫的迁移转化规律,采用控制冷凝-离子色谱法对某燃煤电厂生产过程中烟气三氧化硫的浓度进行了采样与分析。研究结果发现:(1)控制冷凝法采样过程中的过滤装置和螺旋离心管对采样准确性有重要影响,控制冷凝法采样过程中宜采用撞击除尘与过滤除尘相结合的方式;采样过程中冷凝温度控制宜实现实时调整,精确控制;(2)控制冷凝-离子色谱法采样溶液中含有的卤素离子部分反映采样误差大小,可以根据其浓度相对高低来调整冷凝温度以降低采样误差;(3)SCR能够强烈氧化烟气中的二氧化硫生成三氧化硫,其浓度升高约3倍,空预器对三氧化硫的去除效率约为86%。
In order to evaluate the detection methods of SO3 in flue gas of coal-fired power plants and the mitigation of SO3,this research conducted the determination of SO3 concentrations in a power plant with Controlled Cooling Method.It is found that:(1) the filtering equipment and the spiral centrifuge tube have significant influences on the sampling accuracy. The impacting and filtering dust collecting methods should be combined for sampling,and the cooling temperature should be adjusted in real time and accurately;(2) the concentrations of halogens in the solutions after sampling with Controlled Cooling Methods can reflect the sampling error in some degree,and the cooling temperature should be adjusted according to the concentrations of halogens;(3) the SO2 can be strongly oxidized to SO3 by SCR catalyst,and the concentration of SO3 increases for 3 times through SCR.The removal efficiency of Air Preheater for SO3 can reach 86%.
