摘要
优质教学资源是新课程改革以来学校教育资源建设的核心部分,利用良好的网络环境推进西藏农牧区中小学现代远程教育双语教学资源共享,对进一步提高教学质量具有重大的意义。但调研表明,西藏农牧区学校普遍存在着缺少优质双语教学资源、学校信息资源建设中技术不统一、不规范,教师也缺乏一定的现代教育技术手段等现象。因此,结合农牧区学校实际,有必要在农牧区学校进一步推进教育信息化建设,开发建设原创性教学资源、对引进的优质资源进行二次开发、建立校际间开放分享课堂等方式推动新型教育资源建设,开创网络环境下西藏农牧区现代远程教育教学资源共享新模式。
The quality of education resource is the core part of construction of school education since curriculum refbrrm It has significant meaning to use a good network environment to achieve bilingual teaching resources in modern distance education which further improve the quality of teaching in rural primary and secondary schools in Tibet. This paper introduces the policy of modern distance education in rural primary and secondary schools in Tibet and puts forward the proposal of standardizing the manage-ment system. On the basis of existing teaching resources it is essential to provide new ideas on con-struction of the resources. The construction of bilingual teaching resources must rely on network environ-ment ,sharng platform,teaching equipment and design of courses.
