摘要
针对开滦某公司液压机使用过程中液压缸出现故障的情况,借助有限元软件,进行静力学分析,探寻液压缸出现故障的原因。依据液压机设计理论,确定液压缸结构优化设计变量数目,建立液压缸缸体的参数化分析模型,分析各设计变量对液压缸缸体优化结果的影响规律,明确缸体的最优设计参数。考虑生产的实际需要,在综合分析比较的基础上,提出优化设计和优化改进两套缸体改造方案。研究结果为该公司液压机改造方案的具体实施奠定理论基础。
Focus on the premise of using hydraulic cylinder of hydraulic press failure for one company of Kai Luan Group. In order to search for the cause of malfunction, the static analysis of hydraulic cylinder is done with the aid of the finite element software. Based on the theory of hydraulic press design, the number of hydraulic cylinder structure optimization design variables is determined. The parameterized model of hydraulic cylinder is set up. The impact rules on optimization results were studied by each design variables. The optimal design parameters of cylinder body are determined. Consideration of the practical need of production, on the basis of comprehensive analysis and comparison, the paper puts forward the two sets of retrofit scheme of the optimization design and optimize. The results show that the theoretical basis is reasonable for the company for the implementation of transforming hydraulic press.
