摘要
采用有限元软件构建三维实体模型,对偏压及对称荷载作用下钢波纹管涵洞的受力变形及管周土压力进行对比分析。结果表明:偏压荷载作用时,管顶两侧承受较大的环向应力,最大轴向压应力分布于左侧中部;von Mises应力的2个极大值分别出现在波谷环向位置右上部17°处和左下部45°处。通过变形分析,明确了偏压荷载作用时波纹管水平变形和竖直变形的最值及形态。管周土压力在偏压荷载作用下沿环向位置呈波动变化,左半部数值总体大于右半部,最大值位于管涵左下部62°处。
The mechanisms of force and deformation of corrugated steel pipe culvert and the earth pressure aroundthe pipe under the action of unsymmetrical load and symmetrical load w ere compared by establishing the three-dimensional f inite element model. T he results show ed that the area in the tw o sides near the top of the pipe bear thegreater hoop stress under the action of unsymmetrical load, and the maximum axial compressive stress w as located inthe left side of the central. O ne of the maximal value of von M ises stress w as located in the right upper site 17° intrough, the other w as located in the left low er site 45° in trough. W ith the analysis of deformation, the maximumvalues and forms of corrugated steel pipe under the action of unsymmetrical load in horizontal and verticaldeformation w ere def inite. U nder the action of unsymmetrical load, the earth pressure around the pipe changedf luctuated round the hoop, along w ith the value in the left side w as greater than the right side and the maximumvalue was acquired in the left low er site 62°.
