摘要
钢波纹管涵洞不断在我国推广应用,作为设计时的重要参考因素,结构土压力的研究一直处于孔径偏小的阶段,依托汕湛高速公路一道一孔10 m钢波纹管涵洞,对该结构的土压力进行了科学的计算和系统的分析。研究结果表明:现行规范中使用的压力集中系数法计算结果过于保守,造成了一定程度的浪费,马斯顿理论和有限元分析方法计算结果更加准确;管顶平面内的垂直土压力由于内外土柱沉降差的存在,对内土柱产生附加应力,但不能对管顶土压力产生影响;水平土压力在大孔径结构中占据主导地位,设计中应充分考虑。
Steel corrugated pipe culvert in China,as an important reference factors,when the design structure of earth pressure of research has been at the stage of small aperture,in this paper,based on relying on shanzhan highway for a hole 10 m steel corrugated pipe culvert,the structure of the earth pressure is the scientific calculation and system analysis.The results show that the calculation results of the pressure concentration coefficient method used in the current code are too conservative,resulting in a certain degree of waste.The calculation results of marston theory and finite element analysis method are more accurate.The vertical soil pressure in the top plane of the pipe produces additional stress on the internal soil column due to the differential settlement of the internal and external soil column,but it cannot affect the soil pressure on the top of the pipe.Horizontal earth pressure plays a dominant role in large aperture structure,which should be fully considered in design.
