环氧乙烷/乙二醇装置脱碳单元改造工艺方案研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过对环氧乙烷/乙二醇(EO/EG)装置脱碳单元的改造,可更换更高选择性的EO氧化反应催化剂,从而有效降低乙烯单耗。各类型催化剂对反应器入口的CO_2浓度有不同的要求,详细叙述了活性组分、分流率、EO氧化反应催化剂选择性等因素对EO/EG装置中脱除CO_2系统能力的影响;说明了几种常用的EO氧化反应催化剂匹配的吸收溶剂的选择原则,并以实例展示设计工艺改造方案。其中添加活性组分提高CO_2吸收率是技术关键,同时应根据不同催化剂的要求及系统现有情况合理确定分流率、贫吸收液流量、温度等工艺参数,以满足改造要求。 EO reaction catalyst with higher selectivity can be used through the revamping of CO_2 removal unit of Ethylene Oxide/Ethylene Glycol(EO/EG)plant in order to effectively reduce the ethylene consumption.Different types of catalyst have different requirements for CO_2 concentration in the reactor feed.The effect of active component,cycle gas ratio and EO reaction catalyst selectivity on the CO_2 removal capacity is explained in detail.The selection principle for the absorption solution for several commonly used EO reaction catalysts is stated.The process design for revamping are illustrated with real engineering examples.The addition of active component is the key factor to improve the efficiency of CO_2 absorption.Other factors such as cycle gas ratio,flow rate of lean absorbent and temperature should also be considered based on the limitation of the system and the requirements of different types of catalyst,so as to meet the revamping requirements.
