摘要
高校第三使命是一种全球化背景下具有区域特色的现象,是高校发展与区域框架条件、传统以及社会影响协调适应下的产物。从历史语境、区域语境和欧盟语境三个层面来研究高校第三使命的发展,可深入了解了其多元化内涵和职能范畴。通过研究,可以得出,第三使命所涉及的职能领域在经济、社会、政治、公益层面扩展了高校活动的辐射半径,凸显了高校在区域事务中的发展意义,并逐步发展成为高校职能中与科研、教学相融合的职能领域。
The third mission of colleges and universities is a phenomenon with regional characteristics under the background of globalization, which is the product of the coordination of the development of colleges and universities with the conditions of the regional framework, tradition and social influence. In this study, the development of the third mission of universities will be researched from the three aspects of historical context, regional context and the EU context. It can be fund from the research that the third mission functions have extended the radius of the activities of the colleges and universities in the field of social economy, politics, public welfare, which highlights the Significance of the development of colleges and universities in regional affairs. The third Mission has been developed gradually as the functions of universities, in which scientific research and teaching have been integrated.
