摘要
织物增强混凝土(Textile Reinforced Concrete,TRC)是一种新型复合材料,是由高性能细骨料混凝土与多轴耐碱纤维网(如碳纤维、耐碱玻璃纤维、玄武岩纤维等)的结合。TRC结构特点为:高强、耐腐蚀、抗裂性、耐久性和延性好等^([1-4])。空间织物夹芯板是一种新型保温复合墙板,区别于普通的TRC夹芯板,其最大的改进在于内部夹芯层与TRC板的连接方式。在本设计方案中,将空间织物网嵌入于TRC板中的夹芯材料,使三者更牢靠的连接在一起。由此主要从夹芯板的材料特性及力学性能(抗剪、抗弯性能)来讨论此设计方案的优越性。
Fabric reinforced concrete(Textile Reinforced Concrete,TRC)is a new type of composite material,is composed of high performance concrete fine aggregate and alkali resistant fiber network multi axis(such as carbon fiber,alkali resistant glass fiber and basalt fiber combination).TRC structure features,high strength,corrosion resistance,crack resistance,durability and good ductility and so on [1-4].Space fabric sandwich panel is a new type of thermal insulation composite wall plate,which is different from common TRC sandwich panel,the biggest improvement lies in the connection mode between the inner core layer and the TRC board.In this design,the space fabric mesh embedded in the TRC board in the sandwich material,so that the three more reliable connection together.The advantages of this design scheme are mainly discussed from the material properties and mechanical properties of sandwich panels.
