摘要
为研究在不利环境下花岗岩废粉(GWD)混凝土的力学和耐久性能,制备3种掺量GWD(5%,10%,20%)混凝土,通过室内强度试验和质量损失试验研究GWD混凝土浸泡于2种溶液(Na Cl,H2SO4)中力学和耐久性能的变化规律。在此基础上,采用电化学腐蚀试验和扫描电镜(SEM)试验分析花岗岩废粉混凝土的腐蚀机理。结果表明:当GWD掺量为10%时,混凝土抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度达到最高;Na Cl溶液不会降低混凝土强度,但当混凝土中GWD掺量>10%后会显著影响其强度;GWD可提高混凝土抗腐蚀性能,且随着GWD掺量的增加,混凝土抗腐蚀性能越好;H2SO4溶液相比Na Cl溶液更易造成混凝土中的钢筋腐蚀。
In order to study the mechanical and durability of granite waste dust(GWD)concrete in adverse environment,three kinds of proportion GWD(5%,10%,20%)concrete were prepared.The variation of mechanical and durability of GWD concrete immersed in two kinds of solutions(NaCl,H 2 SO 4)was studied by indoor strength test and mass loss test.On this basis,the corrosion mechanism of waste granite concrete was analyzed by electrochemical corrosion test and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that when the proportion of GWD is 10%,the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete reach the highest.NaCl solution will not reduce the strength of concrete,but when the proportion of GWD in concrete is more than 10%,it will significantly affect the strength.GWD can improve the corrosion resistance of concrete,and with the increase of the content of GWD,the corrosion resistance of concrete will be improved.H 2 SO 4 solution is more likely to cause steel corrosion in concrete than NaCl solution.
