摘要
美国国家写作项目(NWP)是一个旨在通过提高提高教师的教学和学习能力,以提高所有学习者的写作和学习能力的覆盖全美的教师教育与发展网络。佐治亚西南国家写作项目(SWNWP)是NWP200多个网点之一,该研究从五个方面:教师写作能力、教学实践能力、科学研究能力、教师成就感以及项目的可持续性发展介绍了美国国家写作项目,并提出了建立在行动研究理论指导下的由国家统一调控,以地方大学为依托,由各个层次的英语教师参与的适合我国国情的英语教师职业发展模式。
National Writing Project (NWP) is the national network focusing the knowledge,expertise,and leadership of the educators in America on sustained efforts to improve writing and learning for all learners. Georgia Southwestern National Writing Project(SWNWP),one of the 200 networks,is introduced from the following five perspectives:writing competence,teaching capability,research capacity,self-fulfilling sentiment,and sustainability. Finally,the training model is proposed,which is under the supervision of Government,based on local universities,participated by English teachers from all levels.
