摘要
介绍了汉水泉三号煤矿地层条件,结合行业标准及以往施工经验,设计了副井井筒地面预注浆技术方案。根据现场施工情况,总结了注浆压力、注浆量、吸水率等参数,分析了汉水泉三号煤矿副井中生代侏罗系地层注浆质量,论证了地面预注浆技术在汉水泉侏罗系地层中的可行性,为地面预注浆技术在西部中生代地层中的应用提供了参考。
Introducing the geological conditions of Hanshuiquan No.3 mine, the ground pre-grouting technical scheme was designed of auxiliary shaft, combined with the industry standard and the previous construction experience. The grouting pressure, grouting amount, water absorption rate and other parameters were summarized, according to the construction conditions. At the same time, the grouting quality of Hanshuiquan No.3 mine auxiliary shaft was analyzed, and the feasibility of the ground pregrouting technology in the Jurassic was proved, all those provide a reference for the application of ground pre-grouting technology in the mesozoic strata in the west of china.
