摘要
目的:探讨益气养阴活血方加减对老年充血性心力衰竭患者血清脑钠肽、内皮素及降钙素原水平影响。方法:选择在医院循环科确诊的64例老年充血性心力衰竭患者进行随机分组对照研究,对照组32例患者予常规基础治疗,实验组33例患者在此基础上予益气养阴活血方治疗,总疗程为30 d。通过比较治疗前后患者的血清脑钠肽、内皮素及降钙素水平的变化以及治疗后TESS评分来探究益气养阴活血方对三种指标的影响及其安全性。结果:治疗前,两组患者血清脑钠肽、内皮素及降钙素水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者血清血清脑钠肽、内皮素及降钙素原水平均明显降低(P<0.05),与对照组相比,实验组患者血清血清脑钠肽、内皮素及降钙素原水平较低(P<0.05)。在治疗第15、30天时两组TESS评分均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:益气养阴活血方加减能降低老年充血性心力衰竭患者血清脑钠肽、内皮素及降钙素原水平,促进患者的恢复。
Objective：To investigate the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction in the treatment of serum brain natriuretic peptide,endothelin and calcitonin of elderly congestive heart failure patients.Methods：Sixty-four cases with congestive heart failure in the elderly were selected and randomly divided into 2 group.Thirty-two cases in the control group were treated with conventional basic therapy and 33 cases in the experiment group were treated with Yiqi Yangyin Decoctionon the basis of the control groupand 2 groups were treated for 30 days.Serum brain natriuretic peptide,endothelin and calcitonin levels as well as TESS score were compared to investigate the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction in the treatment of congestive heart failure in the elderly.Results：Before treatment,the two groups’ serum brain natriuretic peptide,endothelial and calcitonin hormone levels had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.After treatment,two groups’ serum brain natriuretic peptide,endothelial hormone and calcitonin prime raw water decreased（P〈0.05）,and compared with the control group,experiment group’s serum brain natriuretic peptide,endothelial and calcitonin prime original level were lower（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in TESS scores between the two groups（P〉0.05） on15 th and 30 th day.Conclusion：Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction can lower in elderly chronic heart failure patients’ serum brain natriuretic peptide,endothelin and calcitonin angiotensinogen levels and promote the patient’s recovery.
