摘要
介绍基于运动控制系统的飞剪装置和算法设计.利用西门子S7-300系列PLC配合SINAMIC S120运动控制器,通过系统的惯性补偿和PID控制算法实现对伺服电机高精度高稳定性控制.给出无牵引坤和圆盘刀情况下的测试数据,分析控制过程中物料张力和线速度存在误差的原因.该系统分析和算法设计对工业飞剪和运动控制设计等场合有一定的借鉴作用.
The introduction is based on the motion control system of flying shear device and algorithm design.By using of the SIEMENS S7-300 series and PLC SINAMIC S120 motion controller,through the inertia compensation system and PID control algorithm to achieve the servo motor with high precision and high stability control.The test data is given without considering the condition of traction and disc knife and analyze the error reason of the material tension and the line speed in the control process. The system analysis and algorithm design have certain reference to the flying shear and motion control projects in the industry.
