摘要
随着信息技术的发展,现代社会逐渐步入一个信息化、数字化的时代,以电子信息为核心的高科技对人们的工作、学习和生活产生了重要的影响。高校教学档案作为高校教学工作的记录,对学校未来的发展和教学实践活动具有重要的保存价值,是教师教学研究的原始记录,也是高校档案管理的核心和重点。信息化背景下高校传统档案管理的手段和服务方式已经不能适应学校教学管理活动的发展要求。因此如何自信息化的背景下创新高校教学档案的管理成为当前高校需要重点解决的问题。
With the development of information technology,modern society gradually enters into an information and digital age,high technology,with electronic information as its core,has an important impact on people＇s work,study and life.The teaching archives of colleges and universities are the records of the teaching work in colleges and universities,which is of great value to the future development and teaching practice of the school.It is the original record of teachers＇ teaching research as well as the core and key point of archives management in colleges and universities.Under the background of informatization,the means and service methods of traditional archives management in colleges and universities can no longer meet the development requirements of teaching management activities.Therefore,how to innovate the management of university teaching archives under the background of informatization becomes the problem that colleges and universities need to solve immediately.
