摘要
教学活动是高等学校工作的核心,衡量教学活动质量的重要指标就是教学档案。尤其在大数据信息化的新时代以及本科教学评估和专业认证的背景下,教学档案的信息化管理建设对高效教育教学具有重要的意义。本文首先对二级学院的教学档案特点进行了分析,进而提出了现阶段各地方高校二级学院在教学档案方面存在的问题。最后本文从加大档案管理信息化建设宣传力度;建立完善相应的制度和标准;实行信息化管理系统;如何提高档案管理人员的专业素质等几方面,阐释如何实现地方高校二级学院教学档案管理信息化建设。
Teaching activity is the core of college work,and the important index to measure the quality of teaching activity is teaching archives.Especially in the new era of big data informatization and the background of undergraduate teaching evaluation and professional certification,the construction of information management of teaching files is of great significance to efficient education and teaching.This paper first analyzes the characteristics of the teaching archives of the secondary colleges and then puts forward the problems existing in the teaching archives of the secondary colleges in various local universities at present.Finally,this paper from the strengthening of archives management information construction publicity;Establish and perfect the corresponding system and standard;Implement information management system;How to improve the professional quality of the archives management personnel and other aspects,explain how to realize the local universities secondary college teaching archives management information construction.
