摘要
本文分析了司法鉴定执业分类与农业司法鉴定,对农药事故司法鉴定与产品质量鉴定、农药事故行政鉴定进行了比较,对农药事故司法鉴定管理体制、鉴定标准和实施进行了探析,并就完善我国农业司法鉴定提出了建议。
This paper analyzed the licensing categories relating to judicial identification as well as agricultural judicial identification. Comparisons were made between judicial identification regarding pesticide accidents, inspection of product qualities and administrative appraisal regarding pesticide accidents. It also provided an in - depth analysis of the administrative mechanism, the identifica- tion standards and the application of judicial expertise in terms of pesticide accidents, and put for- ward recommendations on how to enhance agricultural juridical identification in China.
