摘要
目的对瑞芬太尼应用于美容整形手术麻醉中的临床效果进行分析研究。方法选取88例2013年6月—2017年1月在我院进行美容整形手术的患者,并1:1随机分为参照组和实验组各44例,对分别应用丙泊酚-芬太尼全麻和丙泊酚-瑞芬太尼全麻的效果进行对照研究。结果在呼吸恢复时间、睁眼时间以及拔除气管导管方面,实验组患者均短于参照组;不良反应发生率方面,实验组患者低于参照组(9.09%vs.27.27%),组间差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论瑞芬太尼应用于美容整形手术麻醉中的临床效果理想。
Objective Clinical anesthesia effect of remifentanil in application to cosmetic plastic surgery is to be studied. Methods Chose 88 patients who were conducted with cosmetic plastic surgery in hospital from June 2013 to January 2017, study and separated them into control group and study group, according to 1：1 ratio with 44 patients in each group, and then compare the effect of propofol-general anesthesia fentanyl to propofol-remifentanil anesthesia effect. Results As for the time of respiratory recovery, the time of eye opening and the extubation of trachea, the results in study group were significantly shorter than those in control group, And the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in study group than that in control group （9.09% vs. 27.27%）; there were differentials between two groups and such differentials had statistic value （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Anesthesia effect of remifentanil is quite satisfactory in application of cosmetic plastic surgery.
