CBL与PBL教学法用于神经外科临床教学中的效果

摘要 目的 :着重于探讨神经外科临床教学中运用CBL与PBL教学法的教学效果。方法:对80例本院2014年2月~2016年5月期间的实习生进行研究,按照随机数字法分组,因而实验组与对照组各40例。对照组采用PBL教学法,实验组采用CBL与PBL教学法,比较两组教学评价。结果:实验组文献阅读能力、思维能力、实践能力、理解能力、实习兴趣的提高率以及教学满意度分别为82.5%、92.5%、92.5%、82.5%、75%、77.5%,明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:CBL与PBL教学法能够显著提高实习生的教学评价,临床应用价值极高。 Objective:using the CBL focuses on discussion of neurosurgery clinical teaching with PBL teaching method in the teaching effect. Methods:80 cases in our hospital from February 2014 to May 2016 interns are studied, according to the method of random number group,experimental group and the control group (n=40).Control group usihg PBL teaching method,the experimental group USES the CBL and PBL teaching method, comparing two groups of teaching evaluation.Results:the literature reading ability, thinking ability, practice ability,the improvement of understanding ability,practice the interest rate as well as the teaching satisfaction were 82.5%,92.5%, 92.5%,82.5%,75%,82.5%,significantly higher than the control group,significant difference (P〈0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:the CBL and PBL teaching method can significantly improve the teaching evaluation of interns, high value for clinical application.
