摘要
中国与希腊在高等教育深度交流与合作上具备了一定的政策基础及平台支持,但仍存在诸如留学生规模小,往来数量不平衡;合作办学机构数目少,尚无合作办学项目;人才培养数量不足,滞后于市场需要;科研合作广度不够,深度尚待加强等问题。因此,要重构两国高等教育合作的新型关系,助推"一带一路"建设,需在以下方面进一步提升与改进:适度扩大留学生规模,完善工作学习交流机制;新增合作办学机构与项目,丰富合作办学形式;加强语言类人才培养力度,关注双语专业人才成长;建立中希高校联盟,拓展"海洋学科"的合作研究。
China and Greece already have a basis in depth communication and cooperation in Higher Education. But, there are still some problems, for example the scale of foreign students is small and unbalanced, the form of cooperative education is unitary, the number of talents training is insufficient and lags behind the needs of the market, the depth and breadth of research cooperation has yet to be strengthened. Therefore, reconstructing the relationship to boost Belt and Road Initiative strategy, need to improve some aspects as follows： enlarging the scale of international students, perfecting work study exchange mechanism; increasing cooperation in running schools and projects, diversifying forms of cooperation in running university, strengthening the training of language talents, paying attention to the growth of bilingual professionals, establishing the league of universities between China and Greece, expand cooperation research in Marine Sciences.
