摘要
大庆油田作为中国最具有代表性的油田,有着非常辉煌的成绩。然而现在世界石油市场极不稳定,大庆油田面临减产、经营困难的问题。为解决这些问题,寻找更好的发展出路,大庆油田公司积极开发海外市场,加快战略转型,为应对海外投资经营的各种挑战,采取多种经营模式,不断扩展经营范围,在多年的投资经营下,取得了不错成绩。文章介绍了大庆油田的发展现状、转型、投资特点及模式,并为中国油田海外投资提供有益的建议。
Daqing Oilfield is one of the most representative oilfield of China with glorious achievements. With the global oil market being unstable,Daqing Oilfield Limited Company faces reduced production and difficulty in operation. To solve these problems and find a way out,Daqing Oilfield Limited Company actively develops the overseas market to speed up the strategic transition. To cope with the challenges from overseas investment and management,Daqing Limited Oilfield Company adopts a variety of business models to constantly expand the scope of business and has achieved good results. Daqing Oilfield＇s development,status quo,transformation,characteristics and model of investment were introduced,and suggestions were proposed for Chinese oilfields making overseas investment.
