摘要
中国石油企业进行海外投资不仅是国家石油供给安全的有力保障,也是企业生存和发展、提高国际竞争力的重要途径。企业在实施"走出去"战略的过程中,除了一般的经济、技术风险之外,还面临着多种国际政治风险的挑战,如何辨识这些风险,对中国石油企业具有重要的指导意义。文章梳理了中国石油企业海外投资所带来的政治风险,同时结合笔者的海外工作经验有针对性的提出了对策建议,旨在探索企业海外投资的成功路径。
Overseas investment by Chinese petroleum enterprises is not only a powerful guarantee for the safety of the country＇ s oil supply, but also an important way for enterprises to survive and develop and improve their international competitiveness. In the process of implementing the ＂going out＂ strategy, enterprises are faced with a variety of international political risks in addition to the general economic and technical risks. How to identify these risks is of great significance to Chinese petroleum enterprises.This paper combs the political risks brought by the overseas investment of Chinese petroleum enterprises, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions in order to explore the successful path of overseas investment.
