摘要
二维过渡金属二硫化物(TMDCs)是一种具有类石墨烯层状结构的新型材料,单层的TMDCs凭借其超薄的层状结构、巨大的比表面积、优异的物理化学性质和可调的禁带宽度等特点,在光电器件、光催化剂、传感器及检测和超级电容器等领域备受关注。在介绍TMDCs的结构和性能的基础上,重点对其常见的制备方法及应用进行了总结和评述,并展望了其未来的发展趋势和所面临的挑战。
The transition metal dichalcogenides( TMDCs) are a kind of new material with graphene-like layer structure.Due to its ultra-thin layer structure,large specific surface area,excellent physical and chemical properties and the characteristics of adjustable forbidden band width,monolayer TMDCs have attracted much attention in the fields of optoelectronic devices,photocatalyst,sensors and testing,super capacitors and so on. The structure and characteristics,synthetic methods and applications of TMDCs were reviewed in details,and the future development trends and challenges were prospected as well.
