摘要
双酚A(bisphenol A,BPA)是一种代表性的环境雌激素,其广泛使用所造成的严重危害越来越引起人们的关注。双酚A主要通过结合雌激素受体来干扰内源性雌激素的正常生理功能。大量研究结果表明,大脑发育关键期双酚A暴露不仅会影响神经干细胞的增殖,还会对其树突发育造成不可逆的危害;同时,在一定程度上影响少突胶质细胞、星型胶质细胞等神经胶质细胞的发育及功能。因此,深入探究临界期双酚A暴露对神经系统的影响及其具体的分子机制十分必要。
Bisphenol A(BPA), a representative environmental estrogen, has been attracting more and more attentions because of its widespread use. Bisphenol A interferes with the normal physiological function of endogenous estrogens by binding to estrogen receptors. A large number of studies have shown that early bisphenol A exposure not only affects the proliferation of neural stem cells, but also bring the irreversible damage for its dendritic development. At the same time, it can affect the development and function of the oligodendrocytes, astrocytes and microglia cells. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the infl uence of bisphenol A exposure on the nervous system and its specifi c molecular mechanism.
