摘要
针对高速线材生产线进行飞剪自动控制的研究,提出高速线材生产线飞剪自动控制方法可以通过编制PLC控制程序用于实际的工程项目中。通过实际的现场调试优化各个点的实际角度值,能够实现高速线材生产线飞剪的精确控制。
Based on high-speed wire rod production line, the automatic control of flying shear is studied. In this paper, the automatic control method of flying shear in high-speed wire rod production line is proposed, which can be used in practical engineering project by PLC control program. It can realize the accurate control of flying shear in high-speed wire rod production line through actual field debugging.
