摘要
目的探讨中医综合疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年7月11日~2017年1月5日收治的82例幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎患者,遵循随机分组原则,将其均分为两组。对照组实施西药治疗,观察组予以中医综合疗法。观察两组的溃疡愈合率、幽门螺旋杆菌转阴率、症状积分、生活质量评分。结果治疗后,观察组的溃疡愈合率为95.12%、幽门螺杆菌转阴率为97.56%,反酸评分为(0.56±0.08)分、饱胀评分为(0.44±0.17)分、嗳气评分为(0.32±0.11)分、腹痛评分为(0.24±0.10)分、生活质量评分为(85.68±2.03)分,明显优于对照组的溃疡愈合率(75.61%)、幽门螺杆菌转阴率(73.17%)、反酸评分[(1.47±0.35)分]、饱胀评分[(1.25±0.83)分]、嗳气评分[(1.14±0.51)分]、腹痛评分[(1.03±0.29)分]、生活质量评分[(75.34±3.49)分](P<0.05)。结论幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎予以中医综合疗法的效果较佳。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy of TCM in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-related chronic gastritis.Methods A total of 82 patients with Helicobacter pylori -related chronic gastritis from July 11,2015 to January 5,2017 were selected and according to the principle of random grouping,the patients were divided into two groups,and there were 41 cases in each group.The control group was given western medicine,and the observation group was given comprehensive therapy of TCM.The ulcer healing rate,the negative conversion rate of Heli- cobacter pylori,symptom score,and score of quality of life were observed in both groups.Results After treatment,the ulcer healing rate was 95.12%,the negative conversio rate of Helicobacter pylori was 97.56%,the score of acid reflux was （0.56±0.08） points,the score of abdominal distention was （0.44±0.17） points,the score of belching was （0.32±0.11） points, the score of abdominal pain was （0.24±0.10） points,and the score of quality of life was （85.68±2.03） points,and the abovementioned data in the observation group were better than those of the control group [the ulcer healing rate：75.61%）;the negative conversio rate of Helicobacter pylori：73.17%,the score of acid reflux：（1.47±0.35） points,the score of abdominal distention：（1.25±0.83） points,the score of belching：（1.14±0.51） points,the score of abdominal pain：（1.03±0.29） points,and the score of quality of life：（75.34±3.49） points] （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The comprehensive therapy of TCM in the treat- ment of helicobacter pylori-related chronic gastritis is effective.
