摘要 钢结构由于质轻、强度高被广泛的应用于高层、大跨度、异形建筑中,但是在钢结构深化设计中仍然有不少的问题:设计方各自为政,衔接处理不当;构配件设计碰撞、施工碰撞;施工中由于吊装、拼接产生的偏差以及施工成本概预算偏差较大等现象较为普遍。文章从以上四个方面入手,基于BIM技术,提出了相应的解决方案。 Because of light weight and high strength, the steel structure is widely used in high-rise, large-span and special-shaped buildings. However, there are still many problems in the deepening of steel structure design: designer in own way and the connection is improperly handled; in the process of design and construction, some parts of the construction site collide; in the links of lifting and splicing,construction likely result in the deviation, and construction cost budget deviation frequently crop up. Based on the above problems, this article put forward the corresponding solution from four aspects, based on BIM technology.
