摘要
在泰富重工港口矿山戍套设备核心零部件生产制造基地办公楼钢结构工程中,针对项目施工难点,项目经理部从前期策划、过程控制、效果检查运用BIM技术,采用Tekla软件建立钢结构BIM模型、碰撞检查、进行图纸深化设计、图纸会审、进度模拟、铜结构吊装模拟、技术交底、实时成本控制等,将BIM技术与项目施工精细化管理相结合,从而提高施工质量、缩短工期、节约成本。
In the pacific heavy mines,ports,complete sets of equipment of the core components of the production manufacturing base building steel structure engineering,aiming at difficulties for the project construction,project manager from the early planning,process control,effect examination using BIM technology,using Tekla software build steel BIM model,collision checking,drawing deepening design,drawings,process simulation,simulation,technical disclosure,real-time cost control of steel structure hoisting,the combination of fine management of the BIM technology and project construction,so as to improve the construction quality,shorten the construction period,save the cost.
