摘要
本文在应用BIM-GIS技术收集建筑供应链信息,实现供应链可视化的基础上,引入活性系统,从组织层面应用供应链中收集的信息,考虑组织环境等对供应链各阶段的影响,以及各阶段的自治与平衡问题,进行两大协同控制,实现精益过程,更加系统、全面、完善进行建筑供应链管理。
In this paper, the application of BIM-GIS technology in construction can visualise supply chain. The active system will be introduced to use the information collected from the the supply chain, considering the influence of the organizational environment, and the balance of various stages, in order to have two major collaborative management, and implement lean supply chain management.
