摘要
针对现有擦窗机运动稳定性和安全性较差的问题,提出一种配重可移动擦窗机的设计方案。计算出配重W的变化范围,提出配重优化函数F,获得在任意工况下使导轨两侧受力接近或相等的设计方法。得出伸缩臂伸缩长度ΔL与配重移动距离ΔX的关系。结合实例,对配重优化理论公式进行了验证,结果表明该方法合理可靠。
Due to the bad motion stability and safety of current BMU,This paper puts forward a design scheme of BMU that the counterweight can be moved.In the scheme,the range of the counterweight W is calculated to optimize the function of the counterweight F and deduce the method which can be used to make the force of rails on both sides close or equal in any conditions and draw out the relationship between the telescope length of the arm ΔL and the moving distance of the small counterweight ΔX.The optimized theoretical equation is verified with examples.The results show that the method above is reasonable and reliable.
