摘要
根据起重机设计规范,结合某型高空作业平台结构特点,采用力矩法建立高空作业平台抗倾覆稳定性数学模型,并在3种工况下对某一支腿布置方案稳定性进行分析计算,得出单、双人负载时高空作业平台稳定性系数范围,结果表明高空作业平台在其作业范围内可达到整体稳定。该结论与实际情况相符,可作为高空作业平台设计计算的参考依据。
According to the design rules for cranes,combining the structure characteristics of aerial working platform of a certain type,the paper establishes mathematical model for overturning-resistance stability of aerial working platform and obtains the stability coefficient range in single and double person loading through stability analysis calculation for the layout plan of one leg under three working conditions.The result indicates the aerial working platform can achieve overall stability within its working range.This conclusion is consistent with the actual situation and can provide reference for aerial work platform design and calculation.
