摘要
温度是描述电弧物理特性的关键参数,掌握电弧温度分布随时间变化的规律对分析电弧燃烧机理及其对触头的烧蚀过程具有重要意义。利用彩色高速摄像机和光谱分析仪进行联合测温,得到电弧温度场空间分布随时间的变化规律。通过开距可调的电弧发生装置产生稳态电弧,进行测温系统标定,得到了稳态电弧温度场分布。在此基础上研究了不同稳态电流下电弧温度场分布,得到了电流对于标定系数及电弧温度场分布的影响规律。
Arc temperature is one of the key parameters to describe arc physical characteristics. Arc temperature distribution variations with time is of great importance for the analysis of arcing mechanism and contact erosion process. This paper combines the colorful high-speed camera and spectroanalysis. The arc temperature field distribution variations with time are achieved. The arc temperature system is demarcated with the help of the gap-adjustable arcing equipment, which produces static arc. On the basis of the above,experiments are carried out to measure static arc temperature distribution under different steady current condition,the effect of arc current on demarcating coefficient and arc temperature distribution are analyzed.
