摘要
以国产CJ20-40接触器为研究对象,设计了多种结构的触头灭弧系统,用积分方程法计算了触头区域的吹弧磁场,通过试验得到了电弧在各种结构下的重燃率,研究了在不同的自励吹弧磁场作用下,多纵缝灭弧室的缝宽、缝数对电弧运动和熄灭的影响,确定了CJ20-40接触器的最佳触头灭弧系统.
In this paper, on the basis of CJ20-40 contactor, various structures of arc quenching systems are designed, and blow-out magnetic field of contact is calculated with integral equation method. Through the tests, the re-ignition rates of arc under various structures are obtained. Meanwhile, the influences of width and number of slot in multiple-narrow slot chamber to arc movement and extinction under the actions of different self-exciting blow-out magnetic field are investigated, and therefore, the optimal arc quenching system for CJ20-40 contactor is obtained.
