摘要
目的调查三级学科集中连续排班模式对眼科护士情绪及职业倦怠感等多方面的影响。方法选泽我院眼科在职在岗独立担任护理工作1年以上的19名护士作为研究对象,以传统排班模式和针对科室特点进行修改的按眼科三级学科集中连续的新排班模式进行比较。通过自制量表、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、Maslach职业倦怠调查普适量表(MBI-GS),进行分析比较。结果新的排班模式较传统排班模式,各个量表统计差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理排班是各医院各科室需要实行的管理工作,合理的护理排班不仅能充分合理的利用现存人力资源,也能调动护理人员的积极性,不仅能优化优质护理服务,也能增加护理人员的归属感。
Objective To study the influence of three grade centralized continuous scheduling model on the emotional and occupational burnout of eye nurses.Methods 19 nurses independently worked as nursing work for more than 1 years in our hospital ophthalmology was selected as study objects.According to the traditional scheduling mode and the characteristics of the department,it was compared with the new pattern of continuous concentration of three subjects in ophthalmology.Through the self-made questionnaire,self rating depression scale(SDS),self rating anxiety scale(SAS),Maslach burnout inventory general survey(referred to MBI-GS)were analyzed and compared between groups.Results Compared with the traditional scheduling model,there was statistical differences among scales by the new scheduling model(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing scheduling is the management of each department in each hospital,Reasonable nursing scheduling not only can make full use of the existing human resources,but also can arouse the enthusiasm of nursing staff.It can not only optimize the quality of nursing services,but also increase the sense of belonging of nursing staff.
