摘要
运用文献资料法、信息法、访谈法、逻辑分析法及结构理论,构建普通高校体育教育,确立一个中心指导思想,完善两个教育教学体系,更新三个教育观念,优化四个教学理念,精选五大教学内容,突出六大体育作用,加强七化综合管理的,具有地域特色的,适应社会需要的新世纪高校体育教育科学发展及管理体系,促进新世纪高校体育教育不断深入,创新发展。
