摘要
在高校开展大学生领导力培育是事关我国未来人才储备和社会可持续发展的重大问题。研究发现,参加大学生领导力培训的学生干部比未参加培训的学生干部具有更强的领导力,经培训后的学生干部,其领导力水平比其参与培训前有提升。大学生领导力与核心价值观有关,且包括任务处理能力与人际交往能力。建议进一步探索与优化大学生领导力项目的综合性课程体系,形成基于社会主义核心价值观的学生领导力教育课程载体,这有助于促进社会主义核心价值观融入高等教育全过程之中。从国家和地方政府的未来领导人才战略来看,建议将基于价值观的学生领导力教育纳入未来接班人培养计划之中,形成青年后备干部培养与学生接班人培养的对接机制。
Student leadership development in colleges and universities is a matter of our future talent reserves and a major issue for the sustainable development of society. This study has found that student leaders who have taken the student leadership programs have stronger leadership than those who haven＇ t attended the programs. Meanwhile, after the leadership program, student leaders have stronger leadership than they had before. Student leadership is associated with the core values, including task processing a- bility and interpersonal skills. It is suggested that further exploration is needed to build up a comprehen- sive student leadership curriculum system as a carrier of the socialist core values education, which can promote the socialist core values into the whole process of higher education. From national and local gov- ernment strategy of future leadership talent, it is also suggested that value -based student leadership edu- cation will be included into our national or local government succession planning, forming the connection system of young leaders training and student successors development.
