摘要 本文采用活性艳红染料对水曲柳单板进行染色处理和优化研究,并将染液质量浓度、浴比(即染液与浸染物重量的比值)、染色时间这三个因素进行正交试验,通过紫外光分光光度计测定出染前配制染液、染后剩余废液与蒸馏水清洗液的混合液这两者的吸光度;通过色差仪测试染色前后单板的色差值,从而通过计算得出在不同因素下染色单板的上染率和色差情况;通过红外光谱分析仪测试染色前后的谱图,分析活性染料分子与水曲柳之间的结合形式。通过极差分析表明了染液浓度为实验最大的影响因素最后,通过优化工艺参数得到较优染色工艺条件:染色温度75℃,染液浓度区间为0.5%~1.0%,染色时间设置为60min,浴比定为20:1。 Fraxinus mandshurica veneer was dyed by the reactive brilliant red dyes,and the orthogonal analysis was conducted for the three factors of the contents of dye,liquor ratio,and dyeing time.The dyeuptake was measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometer,in which the dye adsorption was calculated from the original dyeing dye solution and the mixture liquor of cleaning fluid and raffinate.The colour difference value of the dyed veneer was measured by the chromatic meter.The combination between reactive dyes and Fraxinus mandshurica was analyzed through the infrared spectra measurement before and after dyeing by infrared spectrum analyzer.The dye concentration was the most influential factor through the range analysis.The optimum color matching process conditions were obtained by optimizing technological parameters:the dyeing temperature was 75℃,the dye concentration was 0.5%~ 1.0%,the dyeing time was 60 min,the liquor ratio(the weight of dye solution to the weight of material being treated)was 20:1.
